Page 1 - Recruitment Process


1.Make application - Recruitment officer either puts Denied or Pending

2.Go for interview on with a recruitment officer (( Ventrilo interview ))

3.Go with Recruitment officer to check your skills for the LSPD (( RP test ))

4. Receive cadet uniform and name tag and sent to the academy (( Invited )) (( If cadets in academy are breaking faction rules then the rule breaks will be recorded and added to records ))

5. Receive officer uniform and a silver badge (( Passed academy and allowed to use patrol car ))

• LSPD Internal Affairs [IA] - Deals with complaints and makes sure the department is doing their job.

ADMINISTRATIVE Division

TACTICAL DIVISION
• Special Weapons and Tactics [SWAT] - Special Weapons and Tactics, is the LSPD’s elite tactical force that deals with high-risk situations. Trained in top-of-the-line tactics, the LSPD’s SWAT team is often at the forefront of any dangerous incident. - Commander:

The Crowd and Riot control [CARC] - the Crowd and Riot Control Team (CRCT), primarily deals with civil disorder and other related concerns. - Commander:

Emergency Task Force [ETF] - the Emergency Task Force (ETF) is an uniformed response unit that concerns itself with Crime Suppression Patrols (CSP), ie. uniformed officer patrol in a high-risk area. They also act on warrants and provide protection to government officials and other dignitaries when the need arises. - Commander:

MetroPolitiain Division

• Standard patrol Unit [SPU] - This is the main Patrol unit and the officers in this unit are uninformed officers - Commander:

• Marine Patrol Unit [MPU] - This unit patrol the waters surrounding Los Santos and acts as a search and rescue unit as well as stopping Smugglers getting in to LS via the Sea

• Undercover Patrol unit [UPU] - This unit is officers in undercover uniform and are their to maintain the peace while not in the LSPD uniforms

For Cadets only
If a Cadet reaches their third strike, instead of getting suspended, they will get fired.

For Everyone else

[ X ] One strike will result in closer observation for subsequent misbehavior. No direct action will be taken.

[ XX ] Two strikes will result in a suspension from the PD for 2-5 days.

[ XXX ] Three strikes will result in demotion to previous held rank. (( I.E. if someone goes from Officer directly to the rank of Captain, their third strike will cause them to get demoted back down to the rank of Officer. If you skip ranks up, you will skip ranks back down. ))

[ XXXX ] Four strikes will result in getting discharged from the PD (( fired )). There may also be a condition set, where said person may not be able to rejoin the PD for a certain period of time, for example, two weeks.
