To be a leader of a gang slot, you must:

~ Check if the slot is available and not taken.

~ Be level 2 or over.

~ Have a very good roleplay skill.

~ Have at least $60,000 (cost of a family safe + a small fee).

~ Have at least 1 member.

~ Have a good background story of 50 words+ (optional)

~ Have at least 3 or more unused skins.

~ Have at least 4 or under cars with colors (ASK OWNER'S PERMISSION BEFORE ASKING FOR MOTORBIKES, BOATS, HELICOPTERS, OR PLANES. VEHICLES SUCH AS TANK, HUNTER, RUSTLER, ETC ARE PROHIBITED).
